GOA CARBON LTD. - Resumption of operations at Bilaspur Unit

With reference to the earlier announcement dated March 18, 2016 about the temporary shut-down at the Companys Bilaspur Unit located at 34-40, Sector B, Sirgitti Industrial Area, Bilaspur (Chattisgarh), Goa Carbon Ltd has now informed BSE that the operations at the aforesaid unit have since resumed from May 08, 2016.<BR><BR>There would not be any financial impact due to the temporary shutdown of the Companys Bilaspur Unit on account of sufficient inventory of finished material.
