The Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, for the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, shall remain closed from the end of this quarter, i.e., effective from 1st October, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th September, 2021.
