Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 31, 2015 to September 05, 2015 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 19, 2015.<BR><BR>The said dividend will be paid to all the eligible shareholders on or before October 18, 2015.
