Godfrey Phillips India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is proposed to be held on July 31, 2015, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the trading window shall remain closed for all designated persons including promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees and other connected persons of the Company from 4 P.M. on July 22, 2015 to August 02, 2015 in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
