Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that on April 01, 2016, the Company had announced the acquisition of 100% equity stake in Strength of Nature LLC, USA, through a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, which was subject to the approval of Federal Trade Commission and Department of Justice, USA.<BR><BR>Further the Company has informed that, the approval has been received and the Company has now completed the acquisition, through a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
