GODREJ CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. - Intimation For SEBI Order In Respect Of Cancellation Of RTA Registration Certificate Of Computech Sharecap Limited

This is to inform you that on June 11, 2021, SEBI has passed an Order against our Registrar, M/s. Computech Sharecap Limited (CSL) cancelling their registration to operate as Registrar & Share Transfer Agent (RTA). The said cancellation shall take effect after one month from the date of the order. SEBI has further advised the client companies to switch over the RTA related activities, either in-house or to another RTA registered with SEBI, before the date of cancellation of registration of CSL.
