At the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, the Board has taken on record the unaudited financial results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. The said results have been subjected to limited review by the Statutory Auditors. The results and Limited Review Report is also enclosed herewith. The Exchanges are also informed that the Board meeting commenced at 12.40 pm and the results were approved by 12.50 pm and the Board Meeting continued thereafter for other matters.
