GODREJ CONSUMER PRODUCTS LTD. - Board declares Third Interim Dividend

Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 27, 2016, inter alia, has declared a third interim dividend @ Re. 1/- per share (100% on the shares of the face value of Re. 1/-each) for the financial year 2015-16.<BR><BR>The said interim dividend, if declared, will be paid on February 18, 2016.
