Godrej Consumer Products Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2014, inter alia, has declared an interim dividend @ Re. 1/- per share (100% on the shares of the face value of Re. 1/- each) for the financial year 2014-15.
