GODREJ INDUSTRIES LTD. - Update On Approval Received By Godrej Family From The Competition Commission Of India For The Family Re-Alignment

Further to intimation given to the Stock Exchanges on April 30, 2024 under Regulation 30 read with Regulation 30A in connection with the execution of the Family Settlement Agreement and a Brand & Non-compete Agreement between the Members of Godrej Family, we have been informed by the Godrej Family members that the Competition Commission of India has approved the proposed re-alignment on June 18, 2024.
