Godrej Industries Ltd has informed BSE that in view of the clarification issued by SEBI on August 24, 2015, exempting the exercise of ESOP / ESGS and the sale thereof, from the restriction of contra trade, the Nomination and Compensation Committee has withdrawn the extended exercise period upto May 31, 2016 for 57,133 stock grants.
