Godrej Properties Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 04, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2015 (Q2).<BR><BR>Further, as per the Godrej Properties Limited Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for all Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the Code from October 01, 2015 till November 06, 2015 (both days inclusive).
