Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed for designated person of the company and their immediate relatives from the start of trading hours of October 1, 2023 and the trading window will open after 48 hours of the announcement of financial result of the company for half year ended September 30, 2023.
