Goel Food Products Ltd - Declaration Regarding Non-Applicability Of Regulation 23 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015

As per Regulation 15 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015, the compliance with Corporate Governance provision as specified in Regulation 17 to 27 and clause (b) to (i) and (t) of Sub Regulation (2) of Regulation 46 and para C, D and E of schedule V shall not apply to the listed entity which has listed its specified securities on the SME Exchange. As the company fall under the ambit of the aforesaid exemption, a compliance pertaining to disclosure of Related Party Transaction shall not be applicable to our company.
