Gokak Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) vide their letter dated January 10, 2014 has informed that, they have withdrawn nomination of Ms. Rima Marphatia, Nominee Director on the Board of Directors of the Company, with immediate effect.
