Vivro Financial Services Pvt Ltd ("Manager to the Offer") has submitted to BSE a copy of Exit Letter of Offer in relation to Voluntary Delisting of Equity Shares of Goldcrest Corporation Ltd ("Company") from BSE Ltd ("BSE") in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021 ("Delisting Regulations").
