Golden Crest Education & Services Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In accordance with Code of Conduct adopted by Company and pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window of the Company shall be remain closed for all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from Friday, April 01, 2022 till forty-eight (48) hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the 04th quarter ended and Year ended March 31, 2022.
