This is to the reference to your email received & query dated April 26, 2022 in which you have sought a clarification regarding the recent significant increase in volume of securities of Golden Tobacco Limited ('GOLDENTOBC') across exchanges. You have directed GTL to provide you with any information / announcement (including impending announcements), which in GTL's opinion may have a bearing on the price / volume behavior in GTL's scrip (pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015). We hereby confirm that we are in compliance with the requirements of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and other than what we have already disclosed, currently there are no further material events which we need to disclose pursuant to the aforesaid regulation.
