Goldstone Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 10, 2014, inter alia, has approved the resignation of Mr. Rajshekhar Roy as Chief Executive Officer of the Company and authorized the management to relive him as per the terms of his appointment latest by November 30, 2014.
