Appointed Ms. Janaki Kondapi as Independent Director of the Company w.e.f November 13, 2015 to September 26, 2019.<BR><BR>2. Ratified the appointment of Ms. Roopali Kale as Company Secretary of the Company with effect from November 07, 2015.<BR><BR>3. Appointed Ms.Roopali Kale as Compliance Officer of the Company and relieved the Mr. Vithal V S S N K Popuri from the position of Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from November 13, 2015.
