Golkonda Aluminium Extrusions Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and Clarification given by BSE Limited vide Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02 April 2019 and pursuant to the Company's Code of Conduct, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all the Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons w.e.f. 01st July, 2020 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June, 2020.
