This is to inform that, the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata Bench vide its Order dated 11th December, 2019 has admitted the application for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) filed under section 9 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. (IBC) against the company Gontermann Peipers (India) Limited.
