Good Luck Steel Tubes Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 25, 2016, has decided to shift the Registered Office of the Company from 5/102 Sikka Complex, Community Centre, Preet Vihar, Delhi-110092 to 509 Arunachal Building, Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001 with effect from May 01, 2016.
