GOODRICKE GROUP LTD. - Cut off date for e-voting

With reference to the earlier letter dated July 30, 2015, Goodricke Group Ltd has now informed BSE that the cut off date is fixed on August 14, 2015 for determining the share-holders to whom EGM Notice, Attendance slip cum e-voting particular and proxy form will be despatched in physical form/e-mail and September 14, 2015 has been fixed as cut off date for e-voting.
