Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's Code of Conduct for Regulation, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons ('Code'), the Trading Window for trading in securities of the Company will remain closed from Sunday, January 01, 2023 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the date of declaration of the Financial Results for the quarter ending December 31, 2022.
