This is to inform you that in alignment of approved Resolution Plan, Steering Committee (incorporated to monitor the effective implementation of Resolution Plan for revival of Gopala Polyplast Limited), in its meeting held on today i.e. 21st October 2020 have restructured the Board of the Company.
