Goyal Aluminiums Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and further clarifications issued by stock exchanges in this regard and Insider Trading Policy adopted by the Company (as amended), we wish to inform you that the "Trading Window" for dealing in securities of the Company i.e. Goyal Aluminiums Limited, shall remain closed for insiders with effect from 1st July, 2024 until 48 hours after declaration of unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended as 30th June 2024.
