GP Petroleums Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities in the Company will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Monday July 1, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2024.
