GR CABLES LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Preferential Issue

Pursuant to the Resolution Plan approved by the Hon''ble NCLT vide order dated 24th March, 2023, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the allotment of shares to Resolution Applicants of the said resolution plan on preferential basis. Further as per the reliefs granted by the Approved Resolution Plan, approval of the shareholders or any other authority is not required for the said issue.
