GRABAL ALOK IMPEX LTD. - Updates on Scheme of Amalgamation

Grabal Alok Impex Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay has its vide Order dated February 03, 2012 sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Grabal Alok Impex Limited with Alok Industries Limited with appointed date of April 01, 2011. A copy of the same was received on February 10, 2012 which was been taken on record at the Company's Board Meeting held on February 13, 2012. The Scheme of Amalgamation has become effective on March 01, 2012 on filing the same with Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
