GRABAL ALOK IMPEX LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Grabal Alok Impex Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court, Bombay has its vide Order dated February 03, 2012 sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of Grabal Alok Impex Limited with Alok Industries Limited with appointed date of April 01, 2011. A copy of the same which was received on February 10, 2012 has been taken on record in Board Meeting held on February 13, 2012. The Scheme of Amalgamation will become effective on filing the same with Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
