Grameva Ltd - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Change of Company Name

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, we hereby inform that BSE Limited, vide its Notice No.20251126-15 dated November 26, 2025, has granted approval for the change in the name of the Company. As per the said notice, the name of the Company has been changed from "Bangalore Fort Farms Limited" to "Grameva Limited" and the revised scrip details is effective on the Exchange with effect from December 02, 2025.
