Granules India Ltd has informed BSE that Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading was amended in the Board meeting held on April 27, 2015 in line with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015. This Code is applicable with effect from May 15, 2015.
