Grasim Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 02, 2015, has: recommended dividend @ Rs. 18/- (Rupees Eighteen only) per equity share for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>The dividend, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be paid on or after the date of the said meeting.
