Grasim Industries Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the shares of the Company, the Trading Window for Dealing in the Shares of the Company will be closed for all designated employees and directors of the Company from April 01, 2014 and the same would remain closed till 24 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014.
