GRASIM INDUSTRIES LTD. - Allotment of Equity Shares under Employee Stock Option Schemes, 2006 and 2013

Grasim Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has approved allotment of 10,148 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company upon exercise of stock options under the Companys Employee Stock Option Schemes, 2006 and 2013.<BR><BR>These shares shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects and shall be subject to the provisions of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.<BR><BR>Consequent to the above allotment, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to 9,18,63,941 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each aggregating to Rs. 91,86,39,410/-.
