With reference to the earlier letter dated December 18, 2015 regarding the appointment of Mr. Dilip Gaur as the Managing Director of the Company in place of Mr. K. K. Maheshwari, with effect from April 01, 2016.<BR><BR>Grasim Industries Ltd has now informed BSE that by virtue of being the Managing Director, Mr. Dilip Gaur will also be the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company in place of Mr. K. K. Maheshwari, with effect from April 01, 2016.
