Grasim Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in the shares of the Company, the Trading Window for Dealing in the Shares of the Company will be closed for all designated employees and directors of the Company from July 01, 2014 and the same would remain closed till 24 hours after the announcement of the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014.
