Unaudited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020 together with the Limited Review Report by the Auditors;<BR> 2. Unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020 together with the Limited Review Report by the Auditors;<BR> 3. Unaudited standalone and consolidated Balance Sheet as at 30th September, 2020, and<BR> 4. Unaudited standalone and consolidated statement of cash flows for the half year ended 30th September, 2020.<BR> <BR> The Board Meeting commenced at 11:00 a.m. and concluded at 12:00 noon
