Gravita India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 28, 2014, inter alia, to consider the allotment of shares to the employees of the Company along with the employees of subsidiaries to whom the options were granted under Gravita Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011.
