With reference to the earlier letter dated May 06, 2015, Greaves Cotton Ltd has now informed BSE that the Board of Directors, at its Meeting held on May 06, 2015 has also formulated the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading along with the Code of Conduct of Practices and Procedures for fair disclosure.
