Pursuant to the Regulation 30 and 51 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule Ill of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that, with effect from the conclusion of 9th Annual General Meeting held on August 10, 2022, Mr. Vijay Kumar Chopra has ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company, after completion of his second term as Independent Director. The details as required under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 for cessation of Directorship of Mr. Vijay Kumar Chopra is also given in the enclosed Annexure A.
