Greenpanel Industries Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 and in accordance with the Company''s code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading of the securities of the Company, please be informed that the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2024 to till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on September 30, 2024. The date of the board meeting for approval of unaudited financial results will be communicated in due course.
