Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI-LODR'), this is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of Re. 0.50/- per equity share of Re.1.00/- each for the financial year ended 31st March, 2022 and the Company will arrange to pay the same within 10 days of its approval by the Shareholders of the Company at its forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on September 21, 2022.
