Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI-LODR'), this is to inform that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on May 16, 2022, on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved the re-appointment of M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 101248W/W-100022) as Statutory Auditors of the Company and recommended the same for the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, vide their consent letter dated May 9, 2022, have confirmed their eligibility for re-appointment. On re-appointment, M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, will hold the office for a term of 5 (five) years from the conclusion of 32nd Annual General Meeting of the Company till the conclusion of the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
