Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday, the 01st day of October, 2024 and shall be re-opened 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting in which the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half-year ending on 30th September, 2024, shall be considered.
