This is to inform that pursuant to Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Company is not required to submit Quarterly Compliance Report on Corporate Governance for the Quarter and Half-year ended 30th September, 2024 under Regulation 27(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. This non-applicability is effective from 01st April, 2024.
