GTL INFRASTRUCTURE LTD. - Change in Conversion Price of Series B Bonds

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that as per the Terms and Condition of the Series B Bonds issued in terms of Offering Circular dated November 08, 2012, the Conversion Price of Series B Bonds i.e. US $ 207,546,000 Interest Bearing Convertible Bonds due 2017 convertible into shares, have been reset w.e.f. November 08, 2014, details of which are as follows:<br/><br/>1. The Conversion Price prior to such adjustment : Rs. 11.38<br/>2. The adjusted Conversion Price : Rs. 10.00
