GTL LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

GTL Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 09, 2014, inter alia, has:<br/><br/>- Taken note of communication received from National Stock Exchange of India Limited advising the Company to restate its consolidated financial statements of Financial Year 2012-13 by considering share of profit / (loss) in its associates viz. GTL Infrastructure Limited and Chennai Network Infrastructure Limited, under Clause 5(d)(ii) of SEBI circular No. CIR/CFD/DIL/7/2012 dated August 13, 2012. The Company has in response thereto made representations to the regulator and is awaiting further advices.
