GTL Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 05, 2015 inter alia, to consider Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015.<BR><BR>Further, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors / Officers and designated employees of the Company from April 24, 2015 till May 06, 2015 (both days inclusive).
